Academic Excellence
Ensuring that rigorous academics take center stage will be one of my top priorities. I will tackle the issues of learning loss, lower standardized test scores and modified grading policies that are damaging to our children’s progress and serve as a roadblock to college acceptance.
Safety in Schools
Our students, teachers, and staff deserve to feel secure in their learning environment. I am committed to ensuring safety remains a top priority in our schools.
Parental Rights
Parental involvement is crucial for achieving the best educational outcomes for children.
Teacher Support
My aim is to ensure that teachers are not only heard but also feel supported, allowing them to focus on teaching as their top priority.
Tax Dollar Prudence
I commit to taking a hard look at the LCPS budget each year and make sure the money is being used wisely and efficiently

There are many issues that need attention in Loudoun County Public Schools.

These issues have the same root—an activist school board putting politics above the best interests of students.

I am running to bring our schools up to their fullest potential, ensuring that EVERY student has equal opportunity to attain the American Dream. I will be a strong voice taking a student-first approach to every decision facing the School Board. I am determined to bring common sense back to education by returning the focus back to rigorous merit-based education.

I am committed to ensuring students are safe while in school. I strongly believe that parents are the primary decision makers in the education and upbringing of their children and their rights must be respected. I believe in the sanctity of family and American values.

Accountability, Accessibility and Transparency is the Chris Hodge pledge.

Ensuring that rigorous academics take center stage will be one of my top priorities. A robust education system is fundamental to a prosperous community and country, and we owe it to our students to equip them with the best possible resources to succeed. I will tackle the issues of learning loss, lower standardized test scores and modified grading policies that are damaging to our children’s progress and serve as a roadblock to college acceptance.
I believe we must meet EVERY child where they are, whether Special Education, English as a Second Language, Gifted or every child in between. I will vote on policies that further academic excellence over policies that take away from it

I am acutely aware of the critical role safety plays in schools. Our students, teachers and staff deserve to feel secure in their learning environment. It is the responsibility of the school administration to be pro-active, transparent, and accountable in creating and maintaining a safe school environment. I am committed to working towards this goal and ensuring safety remains a top priority in our schools. I will evaluate the weakened disciplinary policies, explore bathroom safety options, and support School Resource Officers in every school.

I agree with the experts in education who say that parental involvement is crucial for achieving the best educational outcomes for children, especially in public schools. When teachers, administrators, and School Boards recognize the rights of parents and collaborate with them to educate their children, they can help their students succeed. The key to success lies in working with parents as partners rather than against them.

My aim is to ensure that teachers (certified) and assistants (classified) are not only heard but also feel supported. That starts with not making them buy their own supplies and addressing lag pay! Teachers must be allowed to focus on teaching as their top priority and we must an ensure a positive working environment. It is my duty to represent the voices of both the students and teachers, and I approach this responsibility with great seriousness. Knowledge and education are the basis for all things that can be accomplished in life. Teachers provide the power of education to today's youth, thereby giving them the possibility for a better future.

The tax payers of Broad Run work hard for their money and they want to know that whether they have children in LCPS or not their tax dollars are being used judiciously. I commit to taking a hard look at the LCPS budget each year and make sure the money is being used wisely and efficiently and that the priority is based in the classroom.
